This course will help you understand what constitutes a contract under agency law including an authorised authority, and when real estate agency work begins and ends.
It also explains the fiduciary relationship (client), developments in consumer relationships (duty of care to the customer), and disclosures of conflict of interest including acquisition by the licensee or a related person.
The course also discusses Buyer's Agent Rule 11 and supervisor responsibilities
