This course explains what a conjunctional sale is and how it is established and what needs to be agreed in a conjunctional agreement. The course explains the duties of the licensees from both agencies in a conjunctional agreement situation and what is best practice when licensees are approached by customers, clients or other agencies in potential conjunctional sale situations. It also discusses professional behaviour in conjunctional sale situations.
