Communication : Channels and Documentation Elective 1.5 hrs
This topic includes an analysis of the REA / Neilsen Annual Research results from July 2018. It also covers interpersonal communication, exploring concepts around lines of communication within an agency and applying oral communication skills to clients / customers. The course also features electronic communication protocols with clients/customers, protocols for sending scanned documents between parties and exploring settled.govt.nz. Understanding communication processes throughout the real estate transaction and understanding appropriate record keeping requirements are also examined.
