This course looks at what and what is not contained within a local council's LIM report and common issues such as lack of consents or a Code of Compliance Certificate. It discusses council zoning and rules which set limits on sites and the type of developments use or activity allowed. The course also examines what real estate salespeople should be looking for in a LIM as well as misleading and deceptive behaviour which occurs.
