This course explains what are the common issues in the commercial leasing and sales sectors and the responsibilities of the licensees when undertaking real estate agency work. It looks at the ethical issues when establishing a contract of agency in both commercial sales and commercial leasing solutions. Also covered are the ethical issues when negotiating a sale and purchase or lease agreement and how to avoid conflict of interest situations.
