This topic reviews the six principles of contract and how they apply to agency agreements and the inclusion of material particulars into agency agreements. The course also discusses entitlements to commission or expenses, agency agreement' disclosure of rebates, discounts and commissions as well as understanding anti money laundering requirements including customer due diligence (CDD). It also explains the impact of changes in the standard clauses and Rules 9.10 and 9.11.
