This course provides knowledge and understanding of a physical inspection including identifying and associated inspections of key aspects of land, like boundaries, building line restrictions and coastal zoning.
The course explains identifying key aspects of buildings including the number of bedrooms and construction types including modern homes with potential risks.
The course assists in understanding stigmatised materials and warning signals to watch out for when inspecting a building and disclosing weathertightness issues. It also examines property improvements such as retaining walls , fences and swimming and spa pools.
